By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY    Shipping for ready stocks will be between 2 to 4 days and delivery will be between 5 to 8 days depending on the location of the receiver.

CANCELLATION POLICY Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

RETURN POLICY   Return Eligibility
Return Period:For any reason if  you are not happy with  your purchase  We have a no questions asked 3 days return policy 
Non-Returnable Items:,, Customized, and altered to your size garments .
Product Condition: Products must be in original condition and include all labels & tags intact.
Return Conditions*:We take utmost care and all our products are thoroughly checked before they are dispatched. " PARCEL OPENING VIDEO IS A MUST IF YOU ARE RETURNING THE PRODUCT DUE TO ANY DAMAGE OR DEFECT. 
Approval: All returns are subject to approval

REFUND POLICY 
Return Request: Once you raise the return request, we will arrange pickup for the product.
Quality Check: The pickup agent will conduct a quality check of the product.
Refund Initiation: Upon successful pickup, we will initiate your refund.
Refund Timeline: You will receive your refund within 7 to 10 days. for readymade's and 7 to 15 days for customized orders

CUSTOMISED PRODUCT/ORDERS
Customization of the product with color and size change can be done as far as fabric is available in stock.
Customized product cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is any manufacturing defect.
There will be no discount available for the customization cost for any product.
